Parking spaces are limited at Flynn's Crossing, and our policies are meant to ensure that all residents and their guests may share them equally.
Every resident is issued two parking passes (renters: please see your landlord for your passes) and these passes should be used at all times, for your and your guests' vehicles. Each replacement pass is $50.
PLEASE NOTE that every resident is expected to use their garage and driveway for permanent, regular parking. Lot spaces are for temporary parking only.
In some cases (but not always, depending on the violation) you may receive a warning on your windshield; please heed them! This is the last step before towing, which we do not want to do.
