Budget
The Board has approved the 2011 Budget. Dues for 2011 are $244 for Flynn's Crossing townhome owners, and $53 for Hearthside condominium owners.

FCHOA Reserve Study
A Reserve Study is intended to anticipate expenses as our community ages. We initially began this planning in 2007, and review the plan annually to ensure that we are on track. You can download our Reserve Study here.
