The first of each quarter: so, January, April, July, and October 1st. A late fee of $50 is applied to any account not paid by the 10th of the month.
To avoid late fees, and just to make your life a little easier in general, we suggest setting up an automatic debit. See the Documents page for more information.
Come on in, and find out! Meetings last about an hour, and include financial and other reports from our management company, updates on current projects, and time to address any questions residents have.
The most important thing that happens is decision-making: what will we spend on landscaping, and for what? Do we need another round of street sweeping or curb painting? Should we roll a CD over, or move the money elsewhere?
Board meetings are open to all residents of Flynn's Crossing, as well as members of our sub-association, Hearthside HOA. We look forward to seeing you there!
